- There will be a total of eleven (11) winning entries. The 11 winning entries will be determined by the total number of votes each image receives. The 11 images that receive the most votes will be used in the calendar. All voting proceeds will go to the March of Dimes.
- Sessions will be held on February 4-5, March 4-5 and April 8-9, 2011. Sessions will be by appointment only. Session bookings begin Jan 1st, 2010 and end the last day of sessions or until all sessions have been booked.
- Sessions will cost $100 for indoor studio session. Your session fees will be donated to the March of Dimes.
- Each session fee will equate to one (1) entry into the calendar contest. If you have more than one child you will need to enter each child into the contest. We will first photograph your children separately and then time and situation permitting we will photograph them together.
- Children participating in the contest must be between the age of Newborn – 10 years old.
- One image from each session will be chosen by Sarah Lynn Seaton to be entered into the contest. These images will be placed online for voting. Anyone may vote on their favorite entry.
-To vote, users may log onto the website and cast their ballot. Ballots will cost $1 per vote. There is no limit on the number of votes one contestant may receive and nor the number one user may cast.
-Online voting will begin JUNE 3rd, 2010 and END JUNE 30th, 2010 at 11 pm -
- Winners will be listed on the Seaton Shoots photography blog by July 6th, 2011.
- The “Angels and Sweethearts” 2011 Calendar will be available for ordering January 1st, 2011. Preordered calendars will be available for a special price of $10 per calendar between January 1st and June 1st 2010. Calendars will then be available for a cost of $15 between September 1st and December 23rd.
- The following are tax deductible purchases from this promotion: The session fee, Online ballot(s), and Calendar(s). Any other purchases made from these sessions are not tax deductible.
